Col4:5 Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity. NLT
In my 300l in school, I have a room mate that was addicted to alcohol and was also a womaniser. He would spend most of his earnings in the bar and later come begging for ordinary indomie. He was a campus big boy because he had a car and had some influence amongst his friends.
He once told me that whenever he is broke and hungry, his friends would buy him alcohol instead of a plate of meal. When he has money, he brags on the rest of us in the room but when he is broke, he becomes so humble. At that moment, I and my Christian room mate had to help him with the little we have because if we are not wise by showing some love, we may loose him to the devil.
We have to be very wise the way we live amidst unbelievers. You must avoid quarrel so that your unsaved neighbour may be won by your love. Don't tell your unbelieving colleague that he/she will go to hell, a sinner needs solution not condemnation, be wise in your manner of approach.
How you relate with unbelievers is what will either open or close the door to sharing God's word with them.
Father, I receive grace to live wisely amongst unbelievers In Jesus Name.
