As an intern in a medical laboratory years back, I met with several people that had a messy life with serious health issues resulting from their immoral past. I saw first hand cases of HIV, abortion complications and a whole lot of negativity associated with sexual immorality.
In the wilderness, during the sojourn of the Israelites, some of them went wild in sexual immorality. That day, 23,000 of them died at once. That was the highest number of instant death in the wilderness. There are many sins with different spiritual effect but sexual immorality is a fast-action.
Sexual immorality drains quickly. It wasn't easy to get Samson but he lost his anointing quickly on the laps of Delilah. Joseph would have destroyed his enviable destiny just for a round of sex but he ran away and he became a prime minister in Egypt. Do not engage in sexual immorality, avoid it like plague. It drains faster than you think.
