A lady was in an abusive relationship, the fiance would beat her to a pulp and she would discontinue the relationship. After a while, the same guy would come begging and she would continue the relationship again. Please, is that not madness? Do you know what happens when common sense is uncommon? Disaster results.
Why would you disturb God about an abusive relationship praying him to reveal his mind if it is His will for you to marry the fellow? That is crass stupidity and insanity in rehearsal or praying that God should change a cheating fiance when you're not yet married. Common sense should tell you to walk out of that relationship and find peace where it is.
There are certain things that do not need 'Thus saith the Lord', merely from what you can see, common sense should tell you there is no way. God gave you common sense to solve common problems. There are issues you need not worry God about because he has deposited common sense in you to solve those problems.
