Prov15:14-Intelligent people want to learn, but stupid people are satisfied with ignorance.
Several years ago, Dalton propounded the atomic theory&he told us an atom is indivisible. Years down the line, it was discovered that an atom can be divided but some old scholars still teach Dalton atomic theory, it is clearly evident that they have stopped learning because that theory has been debunked long ago.
When you don't unlearn what you have learnt to re-learn, you will be out dated. In this part of the world, you'll see a lecturer using the note he used to lecture in the 1980s to teach a student in 2014, that's why most academicians from third world nations aren't relevant globally. When you keep learning, you'll remain relevant.
God hates mediocrity, in any field you've chosen, don't stop learning, strive to be the best. Every committed learner will surely be an excellent leader. Some stopped learning the day they graduated from college, you can't do that and be excellent. Take up new challenges, read good books&strive to be the best.
