Matt5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
I heard a joke about a brother who looked at a woman just once and he decided not to turn his eyes away immediately, he was asked to stop looking and he said 'Jesus said we shouldn't look twice so let me look well at once because the second look is sinful'. Many still believe second look is sinful so there's nothing wrong in the first look but that is a big error.
Jesus never said second look or looking at a woman is sinful but he said if you look at a woman LUSTFULLY, that could be once, twice or thrice. It is possible to look once and go crazy in your heart especially men. God sees the sin of lustful look as equal to the very act, to be sincere most men have committed this. The devil knows that the eye-gate can corrupt easily that is why the media is awash with obscene pictures.
In the OT, you are deemed sexually immoral when you involve in the act, but when Jesus came, he took it to another dimension&he said when you lust in your heart without committing the real act in the physical, you are sexually immoral. If we cannot control what some ladies wear in our offices, God has left us with one option- 'SELF-CONTROL'.
