There have been many arguments in the body of Christ as to whether we can be perfect, I don't intend to answer the question neither do I want to take sides with the many school of thought. I'll take sides with Christ who is our perfection. In the flesh, no man can be perfect like God, that is why God made provisions for our failures.
In Christ, we can be perfect, outside Christ, our imperfections are exposed. The ultimate perfection would be on the day we meet with the Lord in the air, that is when we shall get to the fullness of our perfection that was what Paul referred to as perfection in 1Cor13:10.
For now, we are in a daily process unto perfection by God's word&His Spirit. God has set the ministry gifts to teach us, prepare us&help us get ready for eternity with Christ. I love when preachers like Rev Bayo Awala tell me more about heaven, you need to be in an atmosphere where you are constantly reminded of our home.
When those called into the five-fold ministry gifts don't do these, the purpose of their calling is defeated.
