HEALTH AND WELLNESS
I read a staggering report from W.H.O about the deaths caused by sickness. 56.9 million deaths occurred in 2016. Ischaemic heart disease and stroke are the world’s biggest killers, accounting for a combined 15.2 million deaths in 2016. These diseases have remained the leading causes of death globally in the last 15 years. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease claimed 3.0 million lives in 2016, while lung cancer (along with trachea and bronchus cancers) caused 1.7 million deaths. Diabetes killed 1.6 million people in 2016, up from less than 1 million in 2000.
No sick man in his right senses want to remain on sick bed. There is a yearning for wellness. The whole world is voting huge amount to their health sector yet, people are dying of sickness daily. Sickness is a product of man's fall. If sin had not entered the world, sickness and diseases wouldn't have hold sway. God is not the author of sickness and diseases because when he made man and all He created, everything was good and perfect, Gen1:31. The early men lived long exceptionally.
Sin and sickness are devilish that was why Jesus took healing of sick folk as a very important aspect of his ministry, Acts10:38. His death on the cross dealt with sickness just as He dealt with sin once and for all. Some believe God is using sickness to teach them a lesson but i ask, why would God bypass the Holy spirit( our teacher) and use the tool of the devil? That makes God mean. You can claim your healing by faith using the name of Jesus to cast out the demons behind the infirmity. Sickness is not from God and can never be, rebel against it.
Father, I cast out the demon behind(....mention the sickness) and I receive my healing now In Jesus name.
