Ecclesiastes 7:8 The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride (NIV)
I watched a short film about a lady who complained to God that her year did not go well because God did not answer her prayers. That day was 19th December so she thought there was nothing good left in that year. Early in the year, she asked the Lord for three things: a car, Canadian visa and promotion at work.
In a revelation, Jesus told her that If her request for a car had been granted at the time she wanted it, she would have been behind the bars because Satan planned she'll kill someone with the car. Further, If she had gotten a Canadian visa, she would have been out of his will for her life. Lastly, a promotion at work could have led to her death through poisoning because many are coveting same.
Then she asked the Lord what was left for her in the year. The Lord told her his plan was to establish her and make her a CEO. Before the revelation was over, an investor called telling her that the business proposal she submitted two years earlier has been approved for funding. It was then she realized God had her interest at heart and that all the failed requests were part of God's plan to place her in his perfect will.
According to the opening text, It is crystal clear from God's word that there's a better ending for you. The devil will paint pictures of impossibilities and failures for you to see but you must decide not to take sides with him. Whatever you've experienced this year may be part of God's plan to bring you to the place of fulfilment.
The year is not over yet. There are miracles loaded in the few hours remaining this year. This year must not swallow your long awaited testimonies. I refuse to push what God has in plan for me this year till next year.
Do you think nothing good can happen today being the end of the year? If you take side with the devil, you will end up postponing the miracles of this year till next year.
Don't give up. Tell the devil that you will enter the new year by emptying this year of its miracles. It is not over until it is over until you testify.
CONFESSION: My expectation shall not be cut-short. No carry over of problems, pains, shame, frustration and disappointment into the new year. I refuse to give up on God. Angels are delivering the miracles with my name attached on it. I shall start the new year on a clean slate and every eyes that see me shall rejoice with me In Jesus name.
