LEARN THE LESSONS QUICKLY
As we face life's challenges, there are lessons to learn. No challenge leaves us without a lesson. The way out of some challenges in life is to learn and change behaviourally.
I want us to quickly study Murphy&Peter principle which states that:
1- A lesson is repeated until it is learned.
2-If you don't learn the easy lessons, they get harder.
3-You'll know you've learnt a lesson when your action change.
One major purpose for the wilderness experience in the life of the Israelites was that God wanted to school them using heaven's curriculum. They just left Egypt, a country that is symbolic of sin, idolatry and evil.
They had seen the Egyptian life and probably some imbibed their culture. God knew it was impossible for them to change except He takes them through kingdom lessons but they failed to learn, little wonder why most of them died in the wilderness without entering the promised land except Joshua& Caleb.
If you don't want to stay long in your wilderness season, learn fast. Consider Murphy&Peter principle. Failure to learn the easy way would make your lessons harder.
The proof that you have learnt a lesson is the change we see in your action.
Dearest, God is working on you. That unfavourable circumstance has a lesson embedded in it for you. Stop prolonging your days in the wilderness like the Jews.
God intended their wilderness journey to last 40 days but it stretched into 40 years because they didn't learn fast. The promised land is so precious to God and He wouldn't entrust it in the hands of those that have not taken full lessons.
Father, I receive grace to learn fast In Jesus name.
