A female groomer knows and understand that men are visual beings. While the defenses of a woman is connected to her auditory organ, a man's defenses can break down having rock hard erection at the mere sight of a seductively dressed lady.
Every normal lady dresses to look good but a female groomer dresses to look sexy and slay her victims. She also talks seductively and winks at her victim at intervals.

Talking about the strange woman, Proverbs 7:10 says, "The woman approached him, seductively dressed and sly of heart" ( NLT).
When a lady is hunting for a man, in addition to showing care and giving the man attention, she dresses in a way that is sexually appealing. Don't tell me dressing doesn't count. Some persons are always quick to defend immodest dressing making us feel "It doesn't matter".
How we dress is a reflection of our state of mind, either normal or abnormal. When the sanity of the mad man of Gadarene was restored, speaking about his dressing, the bible says, "And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid" (Mk 5:15 NLT).
As a man pursuing sexual purity, steer clear of ladies who dress to kill. Those ladies whose goal is to look sexy should not be around you neither should you be around them. They'll stir erotic feelings in you always.
If you're the boss in your office and your secretary is grooming you through her provocative dressing, feel free to redeploy her to another department or relieve her of her job if there is no other way out. It is better to be safe than to be sorry.
Some men also dress to kill though not common. They wear tight pants and tops that will reveal their shapes and body built. Some even go as far as wearing tight pants showing the penis. Just as we have Jezebels, we also have "Menzebel". As a lady, If you're moved by such, stop feeding your eyes with such sight.
