WHEN GOD CALLS- OBEY

One woman whose biography challenged me for kingdom exploit is Maria Woodwort Etter. She did exploit for the Lord in her time. The result of her ministry is the kind of result I desire.

In her biography, it was written that she lost five children out of six due to disobedience. God called her into the ministry but she didn't answer God's call because it was uncommon for women to be in ministry.

Her disobedience to the call of God opened the door for Satan to torment her. God did not kill her children as some may think.

I have seen and heard people who claimed God scattered their businesses, took their child(ren) and made life hard for them because they didn't answer the call of God into the ministry.

I know such happens to disobedient ministers but God is not behind such disasters. That's purely the work of Satan because disobedience opened the door for him to operate and torment the disobedient.

Ecclesiastes 10:8 says, "He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him" ( KJV).

A believer living in disobedience is walking on dangerous grounds. He has opened the door for the enemy to operate freely.

The success, breakthrough, deliverance and salvation of many is tied to your destiny if you obey the call of God upon your life promptly.

There may be excuses for partial obedience and outright disobedience but it is not worth the repercussion and lives that may become damaged due to the disobedience of the called.

Your obedience is for the betterment of others because on your shoulder lies many destinies. Some will never be fulfilled in life If you do not obey God's promptings in your heart.

Hundreds, thousands and millions in despair, confusion, agony, frustration and darkness are waiting for you to say "Yes Lord".

Anxiety about what to eat and drink makes people foot-drag in obeying God's call. Well, your meal ticket is in your obedience. All you need for life is packaged in your obedience to God's call.

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? ( Mt6:25-26 KJV).

Your destiny, purpose or assignment is that heavenly vision God has impressed upon your heart and shown to you several times. He may have sent someone to tell you about it with confirmations. Please, obey.

When Paul stood trial, he was confident about his full obedience to the call of destiny that was why he declared boldly: 'I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision'.

Stop delaying the fulfilment of that heavenly vision you received from the Lord so that you can stand boldly before God and men to say, "I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision".
