I know a brother who is eligible for marriage but has remained single because he has his fears about marriage. He grew up in a very chaotic home, that childhood experience has prevented him from settling down in marriage.
There are many singles facing similar problems because what they have seen and heard about marriage is not encouraging. The reason for their phobia is simply because all they have seen about marriage is negative.
Desrest, If all you see about marriage are the problems, divorce cases, in-law problems, infidelity and many other evil bedeviling marriages, you may end up not marrying or repeat the same woes If you marry eventually.
Satan uses negative examples to programme our minds for failure. That is why we must never look in his direction. He will show you people whose marriages, ministries, career and finances are not working. The more you look at those people, the more you are programmed for failure.
Some even think most couples are pretending in the public that their marriages are working whereas it is chaotic behind close doors. It is not every marriage that is chaotic behind closed doors. Some are enjoying it in and out. No pretense. That doesn't mean they do no challenges but they handle it with wisdom.
It is not all rich men that are stealing. Not all ministers have deviated from the truth.Some are doing it right in ministry in all purity. Not everyone is into diabolic stuff to perform miracles. Do not subscribe to Satanic lies.
To make a headway in marriage and other aspect of life, all you need is one good example. For instance, If you have fears about getting married, look for one good example of a couple whose marriage is working not those with chaotic marriage.
If you are struggling in ministry, look for someone who has done a similar line of ministry and has succeeded. Learn from that person. If you are struggling financially, learn from those who are flourishing in purity. Not everyone is stealing.
All you need is one good example. As you behold, you become.
