THE POSTURE OF CHILD-LIKE FAITH
When I was growing up, myself and my younger sister had a unique faith that made us believe God will answer our
prayer if we ask for anything. Often, we exercised our faith any time the power authority interrupted power supply. Both of us would go on our knees to pray until power was restored. I can't remember if our faith failed at anytime, everyone in the house counted on us because our faith worked. We care less to know if the interruption in power was due to human inefficiency, systemic rot or bad power supply equipment. All our faith wanted was 'power' so that we can watch t.v. It was when we reached adulthood we discovered that the problem of epileptic power supply wasn't demonic but purely human. However, God honoured our faith.
