Isaiah45:13- I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will DIRECT all his ways: he shall build my city, he shall let go my captives, not for the price nor reward, saith the LORD of host.
HE WAITS FOR DIRECTION
Kenneth E. Hagin of blessed memory made it clear in his book 'plans purpose&pursuit' that many haven't entered into the main stream of their calling, yet they have been in 'ministry' for years. This is the reason for lack of anointing, untimely death&even the hardship some ministers are facing today.
The simple reason why most ministers fail is because we don't wait on God enough to know the next step. Many rush into ministry out of sheer zeal without a clear direction. This has led to the break-away of some churches by some pastors because they felt God has called them to pioneer.
While a man has submitted to God to be tutored in the school of righteousness, waiting on God to receive direction is very key. You have to understand that what you call ministry is not yours, it is God's and you have to do it His own way.
A true minister doesn't 'GO' until he's told to do so, what is God saying about your ministry?
Father, speak to me on (mention aspects of your calling that needs direction). In Jesus Name.
