Psalm 43:3 (ERV)- send your light and your truth to guide me, to lead me to your holy mountain, to your home.
It is God's desire that after our earthly pilgrimage that we make it to heaven; our final destination. The needed tools are shown in the word; hence we do not have to fear failure in this matter.
The psalmist declared that the only tool he needed to make heaven was the LIGHT and TRUTH(Psalm 43:3). The light is the word of God(Psalm 119:105). On John 14:6, we also find out that Jesus is the truth.
As long as you have Jesus in your life as saviour and you CONSTANTLY study, meditate and live according to the tenets of God's word, heaven is sure for you.
