DO NOT BE ENEMY CONSCIOUS

June 17, 2014 · Lanre Oyeleke · 2 views

Phil1:28 Don't be afraid of your enemies; always be courageous, and this will prove to them that they will lose and that you will win, because it is God who gives you the victory. GNT

I heard the story of a man that had toad invasion in his room, he ran to report the case to the pastor as being under attack from his enemies. When the pastor visited his house, he inspected the compound and he discovered a pond at the backyard that was breeding toads.

The pastor told him to take care of the pond and the supposed 'spiritual attack' will take care of itself.

Many a times, we believers especially in Africa have elevated house hold enemies than the victory of Christ accrued to us by redemption. We are too conscious of enemy in every little thing we do even when its our fault, we still pass the bulk on enemies.

Your enemies aren't as strong as the Christ in you. What you are too conscious about will dominate and rule your life. Be victory conscious rather than defeat conscious. Your enemies are only playing on your ignorance of who you are in Christ Jesus to dominate you.

Be Christ conscious

Action point

CONFESSION: -I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and I will never be defeated In Jesus Name. I am too Christ-centric to waste time on my enemies because greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. Glory!!!
