1 Corinthians 1:9 *God will do this, for he is faithful to do what he says, and he has invited you into partnership with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord*. NLT
*God is big on the eternal destinies of mankind. Redeeming mankind is his business*.
Before the fall of man, he knew mankind would fall into sin. He made Christ ready as the sacrificial lamb to atone for the sins of the world.
Revelations 13:8 says, *"And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world*".
God's redemptive programme gained full expression immediately after mankind fell. Everything God began to do right from after the fall is to bring men to the saving knowledge of Christ. That is the essence of all that has been happening in history.
To achieve that, he has been calling men and women from all walks of life to partner with him in executing this redemptive programme. He has been calling the young, old, educated, uneducated, rich and even the poor.
Every call into the ministry is a call to partner with God in His redemptive program not a call to build empires and run with personal vision. You are not in ministry if your vision is not the vision Christ had that made him come to this world.
*Our calling is to partner with God in bringing lost men to Christ and to disciple the saved. Any vision aside this is self serving and not the kingdom's*.
God will not use angels but men. You are saved to partner with Christ.
You are expected to be a witness of Christ's saving power. You are to preach it anywhere and everywhere without shame. You are meant to be an intercessor for souls and nations of the world. Your time and finances should be involved in God's redemptive program. Doing these is the way to partner with God.
