GOD HAS NOTHING FOR SALE Pt.1

VENDORS OF TOKENS

Recently, I saw a poster advertising a miracle soap. The seller of the soap is a self-styled prophet who claimed the soap will make buyers billionaires. That wouldn't have been an issue for me because i've seen similar gimmicks severally. What irked me about the poster was the fact that he claimed the soap was approved by Jesus.

How people sell tokens in the name of God and people still buy it because God's name is involved amazes me. We need to understand the nature of anything God gives so we can identify phony people who use the name of Christ to drive their merchandise. Where in the bible did Jesus and his apostles sell materials to the people so they can get a miracle?

The spirit of mercantilism has eaten deep into the fabric of some preachers. They've placed a price tag on every of God's gift. They have turned marketers and sellers of miracles thereby presenting God wrongly. I am here to tell you that whatever God gives or will be giving is free and cannot be bought with money because Christ paid it all. God has nothing for sale.

Romans 12:32 says, "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also FREELY GIVE US ALL THINGS? ( KJV). This scripture reveals to us the nature of God as regards gift. He doesn't sell it neither does he place a monetary price tag on it. He gives all freely.

If God starts selling his miracles through tokens like anointing oil, prayer water, special mantle, soap, candle, honey and other tokens, only the rich would buy it because the poor won't be able to afford it. I am sure you can't afford it because it will be too expensive.

Apostle Peter's response to Simon Magus in Acts 8:20 shows that miracles, healings, breakthrough and blessings cannot be bought with money: "But Peter replied, “May your money be destroyed with you for thinking God’s gift can be bought ( NLT).

Only fake prophets and preachers sell tokens at a special price because it promises miracles and blessings. Now, don't tell me their token works. Satan also makes items work miracles so he can deceive people. That a thing or practice works is not the determinant of its genuineness. Satan knows how to make things work. You need to grow your discernment through the word so you can know when Satan is in operation.

Run from vendors of special prayer water, miracle soap, healing oil, anointed honey, deliverance padlock, cleansing broom, miracle mantle and other items people sell that promises miracles. God is not a miracle merchant. He is not selling to his children what Christ has paid for.

To receive anything from God, all you need is faith in the name and finished work of Christ. No buying no selling.
