When I was in school, I have a course mate that had a very troublesome 'christian' room mate. Her room mate will cook, wash&fart heavily in the small room. She so much frustrated my course mate and treated her as a sinner probably because they don't share the same doctrinal beliefs as per dressing.
On the other hand, my room mate was a muslim and I can tell you sincerely that this guy is nice to a fault, I ensured that my life evangelized to him first by showing him the love of Christ. He had to confess that I'm best room mate anyone could have (Paraphrasing).
God's love to us is unconditional and He wants us to show same to others. Christ loved us while we were still in sin(Rom5:8). Even if you don't share the same convictions with others, don't treat them like an out cast.
