I have observed a dangerous trend on social media. Bloggers use news about the church to draw traffic. Some news that has nothing to do with the church will be written in a way that will make people comment negatively about the church.

Satan raised and anointed some of these bloggers to infect others with bile and hatred for the church. Unfortunately, some believers have caught the bug. When they write on their news feed on social media, they have nothing good to write about the church.

I wonder why it is all about the church every time. Why are they not writing about mosques and shrines? A lot is going on there too but no one seems to be talking. It is purely a Satanic game to make people hate the church.

I have not said everything is right with the church. Christ is still working on her but I want you to know that there are many great things God is doing through the church that are under reported. More so, it is just a few bad eggs in ministry that are giving everyone a bad label. However, the few negatives are blown out of proportion.

Already, through the several negative news about the church on social media, some people have decided not to attend any church again. Anytime I see people who made this decision, I know it is the handiwork of Satan. What do you think?

Do you think it is God that dissuaded them from going to church? That couldn't have been God. It is the spirit of this end time. The painful part of the whole Satanic agenda is when bloggers blame the church for all our economic problems. This is the most unrealistic thing i've seen online.

The people voted politicians who promised to fix roads, electricity, security, health and create jobs. Instead of demanding accountability and performance from political leaders, they twist the narative and blame the church. This is Satanic.

The church is doing amazing things in our nation. Without the church, hundreds of thousands may not have been employed. In Nigeria, I know a single church that have over thirty-five thousand in her employ. Some have over fifty thousand.  Some have great projects that creates employment for thousands.

Though the church is into welfare programmes and community services through her corporate social responsibility, let it be known that those things are not her primary assignment. The Great Commission is the eternal assignment of the church.

Dear believer, do not join the online mob against the church. The anger of men will not fulfill the righteousness of God.

Am I saying the church is perfect? Of course not. Even the early church in the book of Acts was not perfect, it was only an ideal church. No perfect church exist on earth.

The church is God's bride. He is working on her to make her perfect, spotless and without wrinkles. The church is a work in progress but He hasn't given the job of perfecting her to bitter bloggers but sound preachers&teachers of the word. Your anger can't get the job done either.
