One thing Satan is attacking this end time is the love of God's people. It is an end time plague. Iniquity is the killer of love.

In Matthew 24:12, Jesus says, "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold".

There were men and women who had zeal for God in the days of yore. Men who could do anything for God. They were ready to go anywhere for Him because of how much they loved him but all of that is dead now.

I always look back at how we were in our campus days. All over the federation, campus students have an unusual passion for God that can fan to flame revival after school but nothing is seen or felt after school. The system swallows the people.

Satan has successfully made people to give their love to mundane things and they've made an idol out of those things. Literally, our generation worship material things aside God.

Ancients were warned about worshipping physical idols like graven images, Satan repackaged idolatry and presented it to us in another form that is appealing. It is now the object of love of many.

Anything you love more than God is an idol standing between you and your relationship with God. He is a jealous God. He wants you fully not partially.
