It is my joy that I am alive to see technological advancement which has aided the spread of the gospel message. If Christ and apostles had this opportunity, I am sure they will use it to preach the good news.
I am sure you'll be reading this message via whatsapp, facebook or through other social media platforms. Spreading the gospel has never been easy until the advent of social media which has helped preachers to reach millions at a time.
However, much more than the benefits highlighted and others which are unstated, Satan has raised men to promulgate his agenda using the social media as a tool. They are very loud on social media.
I am burdened by the many things I see on social media and how Christians respond to these things especially the narratives that are unbiblical.
I am sure that Christ and even Paul could have warned the people about the evils resident on social media despite its usefulness.
Satan has successfully made the social media addictive to many believers to the point where they neglect prayer& bible study.
The numerous pollutants on social media are numerous and they are targeted at making believers weak in their relationship with God.
The time spent watching skits and useless podcasts can sap your spiritual energy and dim your vision.
Today, you need to ask the Lord to purify you from pollutants that entered your soul via social media and to block the leakage of spiritual energy arising from social media addiction.
Father, purify my heart in Jesus name.
