BIBLICAL HERMENEUTICS

Biblical hermeneutics is the course that deals with the subject of bible interpretation using the standard rules that apply. Misinterpretation of bible is one of the bane of modern preaching and teaching today. In this course, the rules of bible interpretation are divided into eight general categories with illustrations. This course will help students understand the various special literary devices in the Bible such as psalms, proverbs, prophecies and parables. In this course, we shall see the bible as a spiritual book worth interpreting just as it is not as we desire to see it. The several rules that will make learners exegete properly are treated in this course.
