Hebrews12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: KJV
Not at all.
There is no place in the bible where it was said or written that you must speak in tongues before you make heaven. Although, speaking in tongues as a sign of baptism in the Holy ghost is essential for all believers as it would help them in their walk with God, but there is no place in the bible where it was mentioned as a criterion for entry into the kingdom.
We must learn to separate what is necessary from what is compulsory so that we do not become dogmatic about non-essentials and build doctrines on things that are not fundamental to our Christian faith. Salvation and holiness are the criteria for entering into the kingdom, John3:3, Hebrews12:6.
