MINISTRY ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

This course is the study of Ministry Administration and Management. The ways to administer and manage a ministry are properly outlined in this course. Students will be exposed to bible-based methods on what it entails to administer a ministry effectively and what it takes to build solid administrative structures.

At the conclusion of this course, the student should be able to:

  1. To know what Ministry administration and management is all about
  2. To enable the students discover how to manage their ministries effectively
  3. To equip the students with enough information on how to set up ministry structures for effective growth.
  4. To enable students handle crisis and conflicts in ministry and resolve them biblically
